The view from our office once showed a car wash and clear shot down Houston (pronounced HOW-ston) Street. Now it looks like a stock photo of office workers—our own Dunder Mifflin.

BTD is located in the Cable Building, 611 Broadway, at the corner of Broadway and Houston, where Noho meets Soho.

The Cable Building, is an architectural treasure designed by McKim, Mead, and White and built in 1894. The building’s moniker refers to its origin as the headquarters of, and one of the power stations for, Manhattan’s cable car system. It’s now the headquarters of many creative businesses (including the Anjelika Theater as well as Hoefler and Frere-Jones) and of Crate & Barrel (there’s nothing like an anchor tenant).
