For the marketing strategy firm, HotSpring, we created a website capturing the company’s energy through pulsing Flash animations. When HotSpring refreshed its message a decade later, we were delighted to rework the site—and to act as a sounding board for content. Version 3 is the strongest to date, thanks to mounds of research by HotSpring associates and a happy collaboration throughout. v3 is easier to navigate, gets to the point quickly, and contains links to case studies and significant surveys. Analytics show that people are spending more time on the site, even with greater opportunities to get the message quickly.
